Facility Fee (Per Family) ~ Amount to be determined and is based on the number of families participating in the program and the rental agreement for the 2019-2020 school year. We will notify all registered families of the 2019-2020 facility fee by May 2, 2019.
You may pay by check or credit card. There is a 3.5% non-refundable surcharge on credit card payments. Please contact Michelle Helm at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions regarding payment. We use both paypal and square for credit card payment processing.
2019-2020 Refund Policy
Please note that withdrawal from the program must be submitted in writing to the Director.
Supply Fee Refund Policy: As of July 01, 2019 supply fees are non-refundable. Supplies are purchased, textbooks ordered, and lessons are prepped, photocopied and assembled prior to the beginning of the school year. Text books and literature purchased for Upper Level courses can be picked up from the Director.
Facility Fee Refund Policy: As of July 01, 2019 this fee is non-refundable.
Student Fee Refund Policy:
Withdrawal from the program by August 15, 2019: 95% of the student fees will be returned
Withdrawal from the program August 16 through Week One: 80% of the student fees will be returned
Withdrawal from the program Week Two: 60% of the student fees will be returned
Withdrawal from the program Week Three: 40% of the student fees will be returned
Withdrawal from the program Week Four: 20% of the student fees will be returned.
Withdrawal from the program Week Five and Beyond: No refund will be made
